For People Who really Love Golf

How about a round of golf for only $22.00 including your cart? How about playing on a beautiful 27 hole championship course? You and your partner can play on one of the best public courses in the state of Florida. Or, you can enjoy a round of golf while your "better half" is touring Old St. Augustine and taking advantage of the many quaint shops and art galleries.

If you want to tee off after 1:00 p.m. on weekdays or weekends, the rate is only $22.00, or if you want a morning tee time the rate is as low as $32.00.

Then, return to Carriage Way and enjoy your two day visit in "One of the three best Bed and Breakfasts in Florida." All of this at a special "Package" rate. Just pick your dates for your two night and three day visit. Then, choose your room and deduct 10% for the "Special Golfer's Package" rate. Then, add the rate for your golf and you have your total "Special golfer's Package."

Example: If you choose the Pittman room for two weekday nights, the regular rate is $149.00. The package rate for two nights is $298.00 less 10%, $268.20 plus tax $24.14, for a total of $292.34. Add one person playing golf at 1:15 p.m., $22.00 and the total package is only $314.34.

Carriage Way is a traditional Victorian style building constructed between 1883 and 1885 by Edward and Rosalie Masters. The rooms are named for former owners and individuals who were significant to the history of the home. For many years, the home was very prominent in the city of St Augustine. Then, in the 1940s, the house was converted into apartments. In 1984, the structure was lovingly and extensively restored to its original grandeur, fulfilling a dream of creating Carriage Way.
